I came accross this song on youtube and id like to know what genre is this considered.
The name of the artist is Arcane T-Rubble and the song is XTZ.

I am leaning towards hip hop, but although I consider myself a hip hop fan, this track does not do it for me.
I am missing the ? jazz / black / swing ? , hip hop usual has. (often samples)
It does seems to have the hip hop, not 4 to floor drum pattern.

Not sure what defines hip hop, but the drums are not like dance music.
Maybe this is a even better example, because its very easy to hear just the drums.
