As usual, Quentin do a nice job with

For complete beginner or lazy people, you can have a pack with presets
here :

This give you an idea of what can be done with Jamin, but of course
you'll have
to adapt settings for your music.

Just note, that as I said on the list, mastering has no pre-sets, and that the Jamin pre-sets should only be used to see what jamin is capable of, as Fred has suggested.
