Hello @all,
I am somewhat stuck with my EWI wind controller in combination with either QSynth or Swami: I'd like to map his default CC2 output (for dynamic amplitude variation in a current note) to the CC11 (expression) for either of the given sample player targets. But even after a quite extensive web search on various keyword combinations I didn't find anything usable.
I assume that at least for QSynth there is an option by commandline invocation (-o ...), but I didn't find any hint on this option (i.e., what options are allowed and how they are addressed).
So, if anyone has any hint on that topic, pointers would be gratefully acknowledged!
Cheers,
Petra
How to remap cc2 to cc11 dynamically for qsynth or swami?

Can't check it at the moment but maybe the midifilter-plugin can translate.

I think qmidiroute is able to remap controllers.

Thanks a lot for the pointers to the midifilter-plugin and the qmidifilter. Can't check at the moment as the relevant computer is not present, but the descriptions seem to address my issue!
