Low-end-sounding instrument: A ghatam?

Post by GraysonPeddie »

I came across the video in YouTube from the web page called 7 Super Cool Tiny Houses Revolutionizing Micro-Living and here's the video:

I've been listening to the same song a couple of times and that low-end musical instrument added a nice touch to the whole song, which I like. So my question is, does the low-end of the frequency spectrum sound like a ghatam, or is it something else?

Here's the ghatam that I'm talking about: https://www.amazon.com/Pro-grade-Thanja ... rds=ghatam

I'm into relaxing kind of music that makes me feel like I'm part of nature, which the song in YouTube falls into.

Music Interest: New Age w/ a mix of modern smooth jazz, light techno/trance & downtempo -- something Epcot Future World/Tomorrowland-flavored.
