Hi All

I'm mainly interested in Linux audio for live performance of electronic/minimal/ambient type music, programmatic and algorithmic composition in real time, film sound tracks, happenings, etc.

I've been a muso for many years (anything with strings on it), and also a Linux sysadmin (RedHat) and programmer (PHP, Python, Bash, a bit of Golang).

Am now looking with great interest into things like synths, PD and SuperCollider.

Hi! I'm curious how much you mean by "anything with strings", that covers a lot of very different instruments: guitar, piano, violin, viola, cello, contrabass, harp, zither, lyre, lute...

I look forward to hearing how it goes with the synths.
