So I put together a baby server with a 7 inch touchscreen and rpi2. It works alright. It's got a main 32gb SD and a secondary 16gb both class 10. Not too bad. The touchscreen was annoying at first because I have to create the directory for 99-calibration.conf in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d and the default resolution is 1024x768 and I have the screen set to 16:9 and that skews the touch input. Not to mention the lock screen does not allow you to access onboard. But I'm powering the speakers and screen from the 3.3v and 5v gpio pins. I also ran the 5v gpio to the outer usb ports to give them extra juice for wifi. Yep, I'm running a server from wifi. But anyway it's working like a charm. And I purchased a 5.25v 3a chromebook power supply. At least that's what the eBay listing called it.
EDIT: I forgot to mention the reason for the server is sharing work with my brother for music. He can drop me stuff and I can drop him stuff. Just simple file sharing.
