This one works both ways, creates and reads in rss feeds.
In essence a fake user or bot adds to a forum or forums for each feed(s) the news stories updated say every day at midnight or configurable by the user, as well as what data to display

Initailly support RSS/XML/ATOM latest and later XML/RPC

Now the other way aka Feeds Everywhere allow topic starts to have a feed for their thread, same for forums, the whole shebang, stickies, ann. etc.
Hence the out of your, name

* suggested by matgallis -> Overall post count control (entirely possible but dont go resynchin your post count, unless i edit that routine)

Reading the 13 pages of the topic, it's clear he's a busy guy doing this in his spare time, and the latest news was he needed time to "sit down and resolve loosing his homebox". I guess that's why I couldn't download the files he released. Maybe we just have to wait a bit for him to finish the mod.
