There is more then just Windows. There is more then iOS and there is more then Android.
Unless Google pays us $10000000000, I'd suggest to rename that subforum.

We could create a secondary form for all mobile OSs but the Android section is for Android topics.

No serious, make it a subforum for smartphones/tablets with opensource software (Android, Meego, Maemo etc. (e.g. not Symbian OS, iOS etc.))

No, I don't have an Android phone or device. But it's a widely used Linux powered OS, big enough to have it's own section in my opinion.

It makes sense to have a special place for android because they are so different, and there are a great deal of android users.
