I am looking to buy an Akai Midi Control for my linux machine
Hi hello, I am new on this forum I would like some information from more experienced Linux Musicians I am thinking to buy a used or a new Akai MPD (model not decide yet), there is one Akai MPD32 (a used one) but I am more into to buy a new Akai MPD218, MPD226 or MPD232. Which one is the most compatible and most reliable to use on Linux. I want to used with LMMS and Ardour. Can you please suggest to any model that you feel work better with linux (I am using a Debian Strecth as my distro).

I believe they all work, the mpd32 definitely does. I think the newer controllers are better though if you can afford them.
