Hi,
A new theme is nice (if you like the theme) but if it removes our links to the wiki, the planet and apps.linuxaudio.org I rather have the old theme. In other words, please restore those links on the this forum board.

The old theme did not work with the new spam protection measures (which incidentally appear to be working nicely).

Yeah. Actually the planet is down right now (hardware failure), perhaps we should just point to http://planet.linuxaudio.org

Regarding the wiki, it is getting a lot of spam at the moment. I've been deleting what I find, but it's a pain. Who has admin rights? Can you ban these users and automatically cancel their edits?

I've given up on deleting the spam as I can't keep up and this still leaves it in the history. We need an admin to use the appropriate tool to revert the changes and preferably ban the users. At least they are creating new pages rather than vandalising existing ones. I assume they are linking to these from somewhere to get 'google juice' or whatever they do for kicks.

Are we safe to do real wiki updates or will those eventually get reverted too?

I assume the wiki has been locked now. Can we re-enable access for trusted users?

Yes, the Wiki has been locked down and I've deleted all the spam content. And yes it should be unlocked again for trusted users. New accounts should only get created by admins to prevent new bots/spammers to register and start all over again.

Sure, done. I've also unlocked the Wiki again for editing.
