cannot log-in, no contact interface

i created myself a new id/pwd just to be able to log in but it's not of much help. Where can I find a message box to contact an admin *with or without logging in* to find out why my former account has become inactivated and impossible to revive?

When connected: by choosing a member of the team, clicking on on his pseudonym, then by clicking on the “Send private message” link.
I found the link of the team on the “Quick links” menu that is just under the Linux Musicians banner on the top left.

i speak only 4 languages:
russian, french, english, hungarian
{forgot most of the russian for lack of practice}
