Hi all,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, as I don't know what is causing the problem - it *could* be Ardour and it *might* not be.
I have Ardour all set up and working with JACK and a M-Audio Delta 66.
I have the Delta break-out box attached. I have a stereo jack plug plugged into the output (1) of the breakout box and this goes into my amplifier via two phonos.
The problem is, only one channel is working (the right), if I swap the phonos around then the left works, so I know it's not the amp of the cable.
Is this a setting in Ardour, or is it that the breakout box is mono and I need to output on two channels?
Ardour/Stereo Jack output?

Re: Ardour/Stereo Jack output?
your last suggestion is most likely the winner
read about your breakout box if you're in doubt. I am almost convinced your analog outputs are mono. If confirmed, you will need two outputs, one per speaker.

Re: Ardour/Stereo Jack output?
Correct.
Each output is mono on the breakoutbox. I have the Delta 44.
I have 1 and 2 going to monitors, and 3 and 4 going to HP, through a small mix/hp box.
Alex.
