BespokeSynth can do it. 8)

In this example I used the notesequencer modules, you can replace them with notecanvas modules and load save MIDI inside them. Then you can send your MIDI to different midiout modules (ports).

I know this is hella late, but I use Luppp. It's basically clip mode Ableton, but it looks good and you can design your own midi bindings for any devices you have to use as triggers.
