Hey!
I've been fiddling with Sweep when suddenly today it started giving "Device or resource busy". I tried turning on JACK or turning off JACK, but the situation doesn't change. No other sound app is working in parallel. What can be the problem and how can it be solved?

Re: Device or resource busy
It would seem some application is 'taking control' of your sound card.
As this is a common 'WTF', I took a minute to document it on the wiki for future reference and improvement:

Does that answer your question?

Re: Device or resource busy
Hey! I've fixed it - it was a flash player in Firefox that has been taking the device.
