QMidiArp - Input chord function (similar to LMMS)

QMidiArp - Input chord function (similar to LMMS)
I'm switching from LMMS to Ardour and have been trying to get my head around using arpeggios. In LMMS any instrument can have activate an arpeggio function where the input is just one note. See attached screenshot.
I've tried out QMidiArp, and while it is very configurable is there any way to have it function like LMMS arpeggio function i.e. input one note and be able to select the chord type?
