notebook audio interface ALC892 vs. Boss RC-300

Postby zugzug » Thu Dec 22, 2016 11:04 pm

Hey Guys,

I want to record some instruments with my notebook. Now I'm thinking about to record it with my extern audio interface RC-300 (44,1KHz, 16 Bits) or with my intern soundcard ALC892.

I think the intern soundcard spec is better than of the RC-300??

What do you think?
Here are the manuals/datasheets:

ALC892: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/datashee ... et_1.3.pdf
RC-300: https://www.boss.info/de/support/by_pro ... s_manuals/

which one would you use?

Didn't check what you're saying about your interface but if that info is right and those are the highest supported (??) .....
Your soundcard supports 48khz and 24 bit, so higher then.
