Arch users, need help with hydrogen-git

Hey Archers, lately hydrogen for git been acting up. No issues for years and about a week ago, this happened.

I get (more or less) similar issues with the git version, but the one from extra works just fine. I saw your post on the Arch forum saying that the latter fails, too. Is that still the case?
