But no demo, iw ouldnt buy unless i could try it out and see whats actually underneath. how much of it is open source software that is not meant for commercial resale?

excelent plugin works fine for me.
It would be nice to have a gui for it though. Ive never been a fan of the standard gui as they are never laid out in a way that makes sense.

tear apart a device and hook each pad up to a separate input channel though. If he's going to that trouble, he may as well just tap the output of each piezo and run it into one of the CV-to-MIDI products. some programs will only show its ports when there is audio plaiying which is problematic having connections disapear and reset.
