Re: Uhe go Linux!
Discovery Pro from DiscoDsp is aready native linux, and of similar great quality, and has some nice audio import options. It's a fantastic synth, very powerful with great sound. It's also a heavy hitter on the CPU, so be sure to have a hefty processor. Urs's movement might stimulate some more effor...

Re: Can't get dssi-vst installed.k
I'm seriously considering just doing a WiNE build of Bitwig to more or less force it to run in a Windows-esque environment. I can't get it to play nice with Jack anyway. It boggles my mind as to why the Bitwig developers reccomend we use the software with Jack to begin with. There's like zero MIDI ...

Re: Power station industrializer
Greetings,
Well done ! I built the synth without troubles on Fedora 19 x86_64, ran it but haven't tested output.
Any chance for JACK support ?
I made a batch of sounds with the old version, some of which were included with the OLPC project. Great synth, thanks for reviving it.

Re: MDA Plugins
Greetings,
I use some of the MDA plugins frequently in Bitwig. They're very light on the CPU, stable as can be, and they sound good. I've never missed the GUI in any of the plugs that I've used.

Re: PSI Plugins
Greetings, Built here cleanly on Fedora 19. The MIDI plugins and the sidechain instantiate with jalv (for some reason Fedora doesn't provide jalv.gtk, or I'm missing it somewhere) but the synth fails with this information: [dlphilp@localhost psi-plugins]$ jalv http://bjones.it/psi-plugins/super_well...

Re: native VST synths for Linux ? UPDATE 6/6
@gray, Man, I'm sorry, but I'm at wit's end. The only other thing you could try is adding your own unique ID to the script, which I think has already been suggested (?). If you don't already know about the UUID stuff, just go here: http://www.famkruithof.net/uuid/uuidgen and copy the UUID into the v...
