Re: Version LV2 "for Windows"?

We do not currently supply a pre-compiled LV2 for windows. You can however use the VST version in Ardour on Windows. Would that solve your issue?
We could theoretically make an LV2 for windows but so far nobody has asked for it, so we have not had it high on the priority list.

Re: OSX State-of-Play?

You can check out the cocoa_ui branch and follow the instructions on https://drumgizmo.org/wiki/doku.php?id=dev:macosx_building_howto I finally tried building this on MacOS. Is there a way to build a MacOS native LV2? I tried fiddling with the parameters to ./configure, and it built an LV2 version,...

Re: phasing issues with CrocellKit

Can you upload the midi file which you used as input?
Perhaps there are multiple notes layered on top of each other? This might result in what you are hearing.

Re: phasing issues with CrocellKit

Now I'm confused. So if you solo the hihat track for example, can you sill hear phasing effect? Or does it appear the moment you have any two of the aforementioned tracks soloed together?

Re: phasing issues with CrocellKit

Often the hihat is loud enough in the OH mics to simply mute the hihat mic entirely. Would this be an option for you? Changing the bleed should not have any effect since the main channels for the hihat are the hihat mic as well as the OH mics, so that would only reduce the hihat in the toms, snare, ...

Re: phasing issues with CrocellKit

Can you say a bit more about how you mix the output channels? Is the phasing coming from the, three OH channels or is it introduced by the hi-hat close-mic channel when mixed with the OHs? The kit comes with three OH channels as opposed to the regular two, so maybe this could be an issue. What does ...

Re: DrumGizmo 0.9.17 Released!

What are the chances of drumgizmo getting Linux VST support? DrumGizmo has in fact already been supporting linux VST for a couple of years now. Some linux distros, such as KXStudio, ship with the VST in binary form si using that would probably be the easiest solution. Alternatively you can compile ...

Re: Normalized Samples

Setting volume modifier based on velocity could relatively easily be introduced as a feature.
I'll add it to the backlog and we can discuss how we could implement it when we get to it :-)

Re: DrumGizmo 0.9.17 Released!

The one feature that I didn't have luck with was dgvalidator - only tried it briefly, but didn't report any issues on the kit (when it was definitely broken) I noticed that all the output from dgvalidator is accidentally choked before it reaches the terminal if drumgizmo is compiled without debug m...
