Thanks to raboof for making these, and to Michael Willis for forwarding on some of the American distribution. I put one on my Scarlett 2i2.

Re: Hello from Germany!
Been listening to your stuff this afternoon, and it's cool. My favorite is your take on the Fibonacci Sequence. I have to show that one to my boys, and I think they will love it. Your drumming is impressive! And your kit is huge! I keep thinking of Coco Roussel while listening to your drumming. Welc...

Another solid performance! I am always impressed with your guitar playing. You have a tight sound, and it looks like a lot of fun to play in the band shed.
The video is funny, especially when it looks like you are playing an instrument with a bent neck.

Good for you for seeing this through to completion. I am a medical doctor, a neurologist, and I am always telling my older patients to keep their brains active by trying new things and learning new skills. I wish I could get all of my patients to take on such a big project like you have done here. C...

Re: Let's talk notation, hacker style!
Tabs can include rhythm notation, but I think you are correct that most people who rely on tabs are the kind of people who play by ear. One nice thing about tablature is that it is unambiguous. Depending on how many frets your guitar has, you may be able to find the exact same note in 5 or more plac...

Re: jam710
Well said, GMaq. Social media, and online life in general, has turned into a sad, sprawling bazaar in which the main bartered commodity is attention. It's a mess, and a disaster. Back in the early days of the web, content was king. All you had to do to get traffic was make something good, and it alm...

I like that guitar piece, and the tour of Gatchina. Beautiful old churches!

Re: jam710
Not sure how I missed this before. This forum seems to have gotten busier in the past few months - more unread posts to wade through. Your jam is like the needle in the haystack, and somehow I just didn't see it until today. I like the sound you're getting on this jam. It is a good mix of synths and...

Re: A song with a bit of history
This is lovely! Nicely performed, recorded, and mixed. Is that you singing? That's a solid performance.
This recording is just dripping with affect, like squeezing water from a sponge. You really nailed the emotion of the song.

Re: How to get Ardour to work with my rig?
I recommend reading the Ardour manual. I read it cover to cover last year and it helped me a lot with stuff like this. You can do a lot, probably most or all, of the signal routing you need right within Ardour.

Re: Let's talk notation, hacker style!
Does tablature count? I can learn a song from guitar tablature 100x faster than from standard notation, because tablature mimics the way I think about how the music is played. Guitar music is about where I put my fingers on the fretboard, not about what the names of the notes are. What do you think ...

Yes, the music is very interesting. I enjoyed listening. The video induces vertigo, though.
