Komplete Audio 6 is a good usb choice for linux users. Cheers why are you suggesting this? we were asking about a specific piece of hardware and if someone has already seen it in use or knows about it. maybe i should have been more explanatory, but i assumed people who knew about it would be aware ...

not too much time in the coming days sadly, i've for now set up a windows partition and hopefully get some "good intel" on what the usb transaction looks like with the genuine driver. after that i will look into your suggestion as soon as possible, but i guess it'll be more towards the end...
