I don't have enough loops to enter the challenge. I've found that producing music with my hearing loss is borderline impossible, which makes it frustrating and that goes against rule #1 ...
So I'll try to be involved with the LMC, but participating is beyond my capabilities.

IIRC drumkv1 uses qt for the gui and usually ardour doesn't like that.

There are some workarounds, just Google a bit.
