sounds like driver issues with bcf triggering stuff you don't expect, can't really help with that. i got similar issues with my tascam, i've got it setup but it has much reduced functionality, although contacted tascam and they might be helping to make that better. could be worth contacting the manu...

yeah it looks like you would have to put the output from mixxx into freewheeling to record the loop, that shouldn't be too hard AFAIK they are both JACK-aware apps.

nice setup BTW ;) i've been looking at the hercules controller too

well i've managed to get it recognised in jack now but still having problems working out how to get the latency down (its at 46.4ms) and also how to set it up properly with all the inputs/outputs. i tested it out by running mixxx outputting through jack and i get sound but its very crackly even if i...
