no as it was released previous to midi, but midi isn't why you would want it, its the fact it will make sounds like no other synth out there.

audacity is what you need as long as you can get it to behave right with your audio.

i've been using mhWaveEdit https://gna.org/projects/mhwaveedit as audacity has been a pain on my system.
