Just a question, since I do not have a deep insight in the Linux audio world - why people prefer ardour? From my limited point of view Bitwig or Reaper seem nicer.

I wonder why for me Ardour 5.12 on Ubuntu 18 works, but ill run ldd on both zenity and ardour and see what comes up. Maybe zenity is built against gtk2.
