Thanks for replying. Did you ever ask Korg about the errors? Maybe ask WineHQ community about it? I agree that Korg's websites can be a hassle to navigate sometimes.

Sorry for not replying to this. From what I remember, VSXu wasn't hard to too figure out but there wasn't much customization available. Since last updating this thread, I've used kdenlive and FFMPEG a lot. Haven't tried ProjectM yet.

- Your music is less discoverable, because you are an island. Promotion is all on you, and fewer people will stumble across your stuff. This is more true with a website, although I was speaking of WordPress.org which gives many more options, not WordPress.com. Being on Soundcloud, Spotify, etc. put...

My best recommendation: host your own website with WordPress, Squarespace, etc. Ampache is an old media-focused CMS that could serve that purpose.Rainmak3r wrote:the inability to replace the track when I have updates.

It seems more distributors are heading towards Distrokid's method of annual payment for release. This will make things more interesting as Spotify, Pandora, and soon other music platforms work to implement their own account systems for listing.
