Weird.

You can check the differences in the /proc/asound while playing the same sound.
It might a subjective sense, perhaps recording of the output (analogue) would show if there are really different audio.

Downside, I have got 2x total computer freeze with it, nothing works, need to turn off power. So maybe would be much more usable as windows vst with wine :-D I've got crashes with both when plugin's render is set to OpenGL. With software render, these plugins works fine.
