Ah maybe this has something to do with why my USB keyboard controler isn't working. I have Linux Mint 13 installed with KXstudio repositories. When I shutdown my system I get a "Broken Pipe" message ass it turns off. Could this be it?

Well it appears I'm am still struggleing with this. I got it to work once but now I Can't figure it out. The rest of my system is working well. I turned off a bunch of BIOS powersaving stuff to get really low latency and can record 8 tracks at a time in Ardour with very few X-runs. But the MPK just ...

I kept messing with everything and then restarted my system and now it shows up in claudia and works with both synths! Not sure why. Thanks though.

I am trying to use Claudia. In it i see my Focusrite interface with the L R channels from amSynth and also zynaddsubfx connected to it. And I see a MIDI box for amSynth and a MIDI through box. Should I see anything else? When I try to connect the MIDI box to the synths i still do not get any sounds....

Just trying to use it with amSynth or zynaddsubfx or anything it will work with.

This may be a simple one but I am trying to get this to work with JACK in KXstudio but I can't figure it out.
