I opened up terminal, sudo nautilus, then searched and deleted everything named linuxsampler after uninstalling it, then re-install again, and now it's working like it's supposed to.

What is the path of that file? I'm having the same problem. EDIT: If it's usr/share/cadence/templates/Qsampler.lscp, it doesn't solve the problem for me. When you run Carla in standalone mode and the engine driver is set to JACK, it will use the JACK transport.
