Ntrack irritates me. I used it for years on windows from 2002 to 2008 and I have it on my phone. But the developer l, who states he started coding on linux, won't port to linux. Very annoying.

A di box works well for instruments with a hum. But there are passive amd active di boxes. So get the one you need. I use one that is passive for one of my keyboards.

Rpi3 as a hydrogen beat machine. Works great. I had a dedicated laptop for this but the pi has replaced it. This is a touchscreen setup. Using portaudio and alsa midi. It runs on battery. 8x 18650 > 5v 2.1a
