Just thought I would put out a quick "review" of Linspire 7.0. I purchased a license 3 days after release and was provided an iso download. I migrated my ubuntu studio 17.10 install over and restored my deja dup backups to the new install. I am an old Mandriva user so I always run the late...

Re: Minimal Music Site

For anyone who has been following my project there is a new update available. :) Also, I have no sourceforge reviews if anyone would be interested in writing one. I will re-post your review on the main project website.

Re: Minimal Music Site

So I think as far as functionality the project is good but I really want users or css developers to be able to contribute. I made a development package for the project and it is now available on the page. If anyone would be interested in helping with themes. Also, I would be willing to purchase them...

Yeah, I had to remove all the obsolete code and replace with css. And there are some images but theyre small sizes. So the load time is mostly optimized for mobile.

Re: Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 on Linux help!

I am pretty sure wine will default to pulse audio. So if pulse is using your usb audio then wine will as well. As far as performance I would think it would be terrible. You may as well run a virtual install of windows.

Upgrading during a project

I got a new system and wanted to imort my ardour project files over from my ubuntu studio 16.04 to my new machine but could not find a 16.04 image quickly enough so I downloaded 17.04 because I was so exited about my new system and wanted to use it. Just a suggestion. Terrible idea: never update you...

Re: Where Am I Going Wrong? Audio interface? DAW? Jack/ALSA? No sound...

I have also tried other interfaces in Linux and scarlett is absolutlely the best. I currently use the solo. I used the 2i2 in the past. Both just work, as expected. :) Tascam and creative both were poop.
