Thank you for your suggestions, AutoStatic. rtprio is set to 95 and the jackd watchdog is running with priority 95, as you are saying. Lowering the jackd priority to 70 didn't solve the problem. Hi, I'm running Jackd 0.118. Whereas playback via Jack is fine, capture is not. The problem I have is that the sound is heavily distorted when I try to record with jackrec.
