anybody knows how i can connect a midi-output on a linux-machine via JAcknet to input on a midi-in on a windows-machine? Jacknet provides midi-sending but i can't connect to a Windows-app in JAck so it isn't possible at the moment as wineasio (wich jack for windows uses to conect to windows-apps) d...

by the way, if you have a decent soundcard, you shouldn't use the usb-entry either, as the soundcard D/A-Converters probably are way better then those of this (so called) monitors. So use the RCA-Entries.

like 'splitting' the keyboard, . this your controler has to support...... but there might be software to "translate" the midi-comands like: keyboard set to channel 1, you play a C1 and the software translates it to a C3 on channel 2...and from C3 on your keyboard it will not be "tran...

i don't know if i understand......two softsynths with diferent midi-chanels and you can switch between them by changing the midi-chanel on your controler

You only need to align the levels into and out of the computer, not inside the computer itself. So you can play pink noise with, for example, Ardour, and align your interface so that -15dbFS in Ardour is +4dBu (i.e. 1.228V RMS) on the analog input and output.
