@patrick For straight-up audio mixing, the sample rate is irrelevant: it would matter only when converting the mixed audio (analog ) to digital signals, i.e. to send to a computer or out over the ADAT / S/PDIF ports. The hardware doesn't set the sample rate: rather, it uses (if supported) whatever rate is requested by the app / service which owns it (ALSA client, JACK or Pipewire daemon).
