Welcome! I've joined recently too. One of the interfaces I'm using is an 8i6, so I'm happy to offer some troubleshooting if you still need help configuring output :D Thank you to you both, I have now fixed this. Yes! I think this is the part that i already learned (the hard way ;-> ), so i hope i can help you with some good news: Usually the card works and is recognized right away. Check if it shows up in lsusb | grep -i scarlett . Hopefully (and this happened to me a bunch of times), it's "just"...

Very new to Debian 12, KDE Plasma 5. Beautiful operating system, but I'm currently getting no sound at all.
