Re: How to bring music out

Spotify and Bandcamp are for two different audiences though. Bandcamp is better for smaller bands because it provides facility for small dedicated audiences. Same as patreon et al, which in the olden days were called fan clubs. New artists make money now are instead of trying to get 0.00003 cents x ...

Re: How to bring music out

If you're only getting 4 listens a month, why bother paying for that? People do so much stuff just because other successful people are already doing it. People who get lots of listens on Spotify do so because they are successful, it's not a case that they are successful because they get lots of Spo...

The link for Ubuntu you gave was for a version four release old, but I DID try it anyway! I also reported back that ldd bluetoothd did not run at all...

Re: How to install qjackctl on Zorin?

Zorin is ubuntu based, so you should be able to install by typing the following into terminal sudo apt install qjackctl https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fEduGnD6ZKQ - i recommend watching this to properly explain JACK and also qjackctl. Cadence is an alternative to using qjackctl that you can install...

This is a very good short guide for help with programming drums to go along with an already written bass/guitar line.

Re: Kx studio 2021 remix ( debian bullseye based + artwork and repo kx studio + kde plasma)

Is kxstudio not FOSS? FOSS does not mean that you can simply take over any branding and claim it your own. I think that taking third party offence because someone has used the theming of a not longer updated distro is OTT. It called "2021 remix", that seems pretty indicative that is not t...

Look Gennaro, Your work ethic is admirable, your intentions are good and appreciated but you are going about this the wrong way... You can listen or ignore.. that indeed is your choice. Perhaps somebody else can explain this better than I, I can see this is spiralling quickly so I'm out.. Is kxstud...

Re: M-Audio Fast Track and Reaper

Can anyone lend me guidance on how (or if) this can be done without the injection of wine, of course. You don't need wine for Reaper, there is a perfectly fine Linux version available on the website. This I do know. I was referring to some of the Google threads I read that some folks were using Win...

Re: Ubuntu studio disco dingo

qjackctl is something you can use instead of ubuntu studio controls, shows that info and is available in the repository.

You can also add the kxstudio repository and install cadence again.

It's not real club DJing unless you have some drunk shouting a spit filled request in your ear for a song you played 10 minutes ago.
