Re: Automation

Sorry for the vague description! I cannot scroll down in the menu. I like the (new) grouping. But with 600+ possible automation channels, I cannot access the ones that do not fit on the screen. When the parameters were not grouped I was able to access for example Cutoff (and didn't notice that the ...

Re: [SOLVED] Can only set values of faders in 0.5 increments

I fixed the mouse wheel event for the audio volume slider.
Default step is now 0.5 (instead of the oblique values like 1.8 ), holding Shift + mouse wheel the step is 0.1.

Re: MusE Synthpop Tutorial - make a synthpop song (28 pages)

Thanks, it looks very useful! I will of course be happy to include it in the wiki. Do you intend to host the files on your homepage permanently? In that case I would create a short page in the wiki (under How-to) containing just the links to your tutorial and the related files. That way you could al...

Re: Try out the brand new tabbed MDI style!

Thanks Tim for your introduction to the new UI :) . And thanks to oscillator for the first test. I tried to reproduce the problem, no success. I included drumkv1 in my test projects, loaded samples there, deleted one, and reopened the project in MusE. But drumkv1 does not complain, the sample is sim...

Re: Velocity of notes created in the drum editor?

I lost it when I compiled the (your! :) ) new version of Muse to try out the select-copy, but I will re-create it. How did you lose it? This should not happen. If I see it right, we are talking about internal colour settings (not stylesheets). The colours are saved in your user-specific MusE-seq.cf...

Re: Velocity of notes created in the drum editor?

So a stand alone tutorial in PDF format is acceptable? Or is putting it in the wiki better? I want to give something back to MusE. :) Can't you edit the wiki directly? According to our repo settings (and the github docu), every user with a github account should be able to edit the wiki. If it does ...

Re: Velocity of notes created in the drum editor?

Click it to show only the velocity graph of the selected note in the piano - the current 'red' selected piano note. Oops, sorry that should say the current 'yellow' note. Is the yellow key used for other things as well? If not, shouldn't it be better hidden in the All-note mode? I must confess I wa...

Re: MuSE crash if Linuxsampler loads SFZ?

Just tested with Mint 19.3 (which is based on ubuntu 18.04).
No crash here, everything working as expected (SFZ Salamander piano).

MusE: Current master
LinuxSampler: 2.1.1 (from kxstudio)
Everything else from the distro (qsampler, liblilv, liblscp...).

Transport window always on top

In case you did not like this behaviour - transport window always staying on top of all other windows (not only MusE's) - there is now an option to switch it off in Global settings -> GUI tweaks (current master).
