Audacity is very simple and user friendly interface and can do high quality audio formats included Wav and Flac. I suppose ardour does the job well enough too and qtractor is a well developed DAW aswell.

Hey fellow citizen,
Nice tracks, wolves indeed land of wolves, great bass lines but I'd use equalizer to bring the bass volume down a little bit, it's cracking on higher frequencys also, don't know if it is supposed to, but I find it little bit disturbing, still good work. Howls to you.
