I suspect there may be some other reason that you can't download the .zip file besides disabling cookies. I tried disabling all cookies and then downloading from Microsoft One Drive and had no trouble. How is your browser configured to handle links that point to .zip files? Perhaps that is the probl...

I used Microsoft One Drive for no other reason than it met my file size and bandwidth needs. It has nothing at all to do with my operating system. I hope there are no incompatibility issues for Linux user, but you can refresh the page until you are provided with a different link. As for licensing, m...

I have no idea what's going on there but try refreshing the download page on my web site. There is only a 1/3 chance you'll get the Microsoft One Drive link again.
