Re: DrumGizmo 0.9.16 Released!

You could try loading the small variant of the kit? That should use up a lot less memory.

Re: DrumGizmo 0.9.16 Released!

Do you by any chance have enough RAM to load in the entire kit and not use the disk cache?

Re: DrumGizmo 0.9.16 Released!

Which samplerate are you running jack in? And which drumkit are you using?
If you use a different session samplerate than that of the drumkit, does it change anything if you disable the resampling by unchecking the button in the UI?

Re: Resampling in DrumGizmo

We have refactored the entire resampler code in order to fix this. You can download the VST dll to test it here: http://jenkins.drumgizmo.org:8080/view/DrumGizmo/job/DrumGizmo-win64/1349/ We will be releasing the new bugfix version soon so if you could try it out and tell us wether it solves the iss...

Automatic message approval?

I am experiencing some rather odd behavior in the DrumGizmo subforum: https://linuxmusicians.com/viewforum.php?f=55 I am a moderator of that forum but my messages have to be approved each time I post there. I can then approve them myself but it is a rather tedious thing to do each time I post. Can t...

Re: Add links to Musical-Artifacts.com

Musical Artifacts are run by people from the linux audio community so it should be as "libre" as one would hope for :-) Currently they pick up information about our drumkits releases themselves but we could certainly do a more active push of information about new drumkit releases to ensure...

Re: Documentation ...

The documentation is definitely lacking in quality and quantity, yes, we have talked about this many times on the team as well. One of the things we would like to do is some instructional videos showing features and usage in different setups (Ardour, Hydrogen, Reaper, CLI, jack, etc...). We are howe...

It shouldn't be grayed out. They seem to be working as expected here.
Do you see any 'main' attributes in the drumkit files?

Re: 0.9.15 plan

MusE supports vst and lv2 now. I'm having the same issues with qtractor. Only in ardour DG's humanizer functionality seem to work amazingly... Perhaps we are using some LV2 extension that are not yet supported by MusE and QTractor? If the host doesn't support a feature we should probably disable in...
