Re: The Seventh Wise Man

Right now I found my video being marked for copyright violation. That's it. You are a Violator. And this is why they send the Terminator. Do not question the Dictator, be a SJW ! Even though I don't believe that shit e.g. of Nazis only where demonstrating in Berlin, I'm not interested to get connec...

Re: The Seventh Wise Man

Na, I'm not a far-right winged individual, nor a conspiracy theorist. Also I'm not publishing any hateful material. Being censored by YouTube doesn't turn anyone into being a far-right winged person automatically, no? Not sure about your question. I found the words you quoted, it's from wikipedia. ...

Re: Wish - Mix Take II

Refined a bit the high end of the mix. The bass is Morphine's fretless bass. The soprano sax is from the defunct Linplug Saxlab2. Created in Bitwig, mixed in Mixbus32C, Xubuntu 18.04.

Yes, bitchute. I'd heard about it, though forgot this completely.
Will give it a go.
'Big ones' have chosen it, like David Icke, Amazing Polly, Max Igan, and others after being rejected by youtube, so it must be worthwhile.

Re: Senri

I certainly sounds nice. Although it also sounds like a demonstration I find. Which is probably the purpose of the piece to start with. But it does sound very good.

Re: Love & Kindness

This is a song that's a vehicle for the words. Like so many songs that were produced in the sane vein (same being classics of an era) the music by itself is by definition basic, not distracting to the meaning carried by the words. So the mix is good. Maybe a bit more 'treatment' to the vocals so tha...

Re: Ennio

I was thinking the same, especially at the beginning it reminded me more of something that could have fit in the Vikings soundtrack, rather than something Morricone could have written. Maybe the way the voices sound? Something in the vein of the opening of Hedningarna's "Vargtimmen" https://www.you...

Re: The Seventh Wise Man

The guitar sound and playing sounds a bit like Rush, which is nice. Since the piece is about transmitting what Stallman said, there's no progression as it acts as a backdrop. The piece is nice although it would also be nice to see it go through some developments, perhaps at the expense of not making...

Re: Ennio

Morricone with nordic influence eg, one of the many Swedish 'modern traditional' bands.

Very good piece, very nice mix.

Cheers.

Re: Chateau

It's a sax but you made it sound like bagpipes. Very nice! :D The saxophone by itself is not that bad (pursuing the idea that bagpipes were created to scare the enemy) but the underlying synth here and there does sound like it, especially at the end and it's probably why it lead me to choose a cast...

Re: Chateau

Thanks for the comments ! spamatica It's from the Linplug Saxlab2 plugin. The deep bass enters at the right time, with the high-pitched long synth notes. oscillator The arp is neat, as the rather fast playing behind it, to create that effect. milo Not having a snare adds to the evasive comfortable f...

Wish - Mix Take II

A revised mix and a new bass sound. This is an acoustic-sounding 'rusty upbeat' piece with soprano sax leads.

Re: One Moment

oscillator : Thanks for the comment ! The problem with the bass standing out more than it should was mostly with the compression at the mastering stage. Which makes me think I should try using the Mixbus32C built-in compressor on a master track one of these days. So I removed the compression and ad...

Re: Rythm Ideas
