I have Version 1.9.8 (2.0 beta6) installed with Qt 5.7.1 and I have the problem with Wave.



Hmmm.. Carla from repos uses Qt4, wtf???

I can check tomorrow which version of Carla i'm using. I switched to REAPER meanwhile and it works perfectly.

Midi input devices shouldn't be a problem. It might be a problem with the interface, but this you have to check out. Also the maximum current it can deliver is important. So, an active USB hub might make sense if you need more than 500 mA. And here I would buy quality, cause the cheap ones can back ...

can´ t watch with the video with Firefox ESR or Chromium (Debian). On my Debian stable, I see it with both. Try to click on the video, and if you have plugins, try without them. As far as I know it's based on KDE Neon and it will be ready soon. Alternatively you can install any Debian / Ubuntu based distro and add the KX repos afterwards. It's not a big issue and you get help here.

yup, also not working in REAPER. Only with Qtractor, RENOISE and WAVEFORM 9 I can write. Now I'm out of DAWs

Cool thanks, I found it. It's on the top right corner. The keyboard toggles between white and green. But, even when it's green, it's not working :mrgreen: In REAPER it's working with right clicking the VST and checking "send all keyboard input to plugin" . Anyway...that's also not working.

That´s not the problem here. The same happens with ARDOUR and Zynfusion. REAPER is quite stable btw. ... I had more crashes with ARDOUR + plugins.

What's the difference between CARLA VST (Rack FX) and CARLA VSTi (Rack) version. Is one more stable than the other when using it with different plugins or is it the same in the end?

when an update in Debian stable made my computer rather. . . unstable. Or unusable.
