Re: Creative Commons

I'm with aprzekaz. Anyone can download your music if they can hear anyway. At least give a backlink and proper credit to where you got it.

Re: Audio Spectrum Visualizer in kdenlive

I'm not against that at all, 42low. I also prefer to stick to what I hear for the most part. I'm asking this for kdenlive because I want to create videos with certain visual effects.

Re: Audio Spectrum Visualizer in kdenlive

Thanks again for the link. I couldn't find anything like it. In my kdenlive its also seemingly broken. My last video used the VLC Visual effect. I also did some cool command line stuff with ffmpeg, but it seems everyone uses "After Effects" for that stuff while a few use Blender. Your thoughts?

That's another one but I'm glad you found that link. The one I'm referring to is called "Audio Spectrum Filter".

Re: kxstudio-meta-all

This is probably the first time I've heard someone talk about using KxStudio. I've used Ubuntu Studio for a good while though. There are many open source options for audio/video you can download on your own. Video: Kdenlive OpenShot Lives Audio: LMMS QTractor Audacity All can be downloaded separatel...

Re: Newbie Mixdown Help

I had not plans on adding to it for now. I'm hoping someone chooses it as decent background music. In the meantime, I've moved up to mixing down a bit much complex tracks - 4-8 bars versus 1. This is my latest - https://soundcloud.com/golivelively/just-pump-blood-instrumental I plan to upload 2 more...

Re: Newbie Mixdown Help

The kick and bass are one sample. Does it sound that out of place to you? I didn't buy anything from Pro Audio Files, just read the articles like this new one I saw today - https://theproaudiofiles.com/free-plugins/ . Thanks again for the links and advice. This is another simple track I've just fini...

Re: Newbie Mixdown Help

Thanks for the feedback and video. I'll watch more of him later. I wanted the snare, bass, and kick in the front alongside the guitar. Some have said the many parts of the snare throughout the track are distracting. I've never noticed until then. A trick I just learned from ProAudioFiles.com was to ...

Newbie Mixdown Help

Is there any chance I can get some constructive criticism on my two latest mixdowns? I'm currently reading as much as I can on ProAudioFiles.com and I check my mixes on 5 different sound systems compared to references, but I could use the feedback. https://youtu.be/ENR2MY94M4A https://youtu.be/XYsGc...
