Smile icon

Would it be possible to have it changed from :) to Image, which is the same as the existing image but with less eyebrow and more eye.

Re: Upgrades

Good to keep things up-to-date, thanks.

Might there be any possibility of getting this plugin installed?

Re: Transporting metadata between DAWs

There is the vague concept of the "inverted DAW" when using JACK and LV2 already exists where audio and MIDI can be routed anywhere. Further, Carla presents LV2 metadata on JACK ports, like minimum, maximum, and MIDNAM info. There is also the OSCQuery discovery and sync protocol mentioned in the cur...

Re: Audio Spectrum Visualizer in kdenlive

Some related links on https://wiki.thingsandstuff.org/VJing#Visualisation IMO, nothing free has beaten ProjectM/MilkDrop for almost two decades now, stunning presets and their reactions to music with stunning transitions. Preset gathering and curation is required though. ProjectM got modern shader s...

Re: OSSIA score - libre intermedia sequencer

The OSC discovery system it uses; https://github.com/Vidvox/OSCQueryProposal "... a protocol that allows a client to browse and interact with a remote server's OSC address space. The protocol should be capable of both describing the address space's structure/layout as well as the types of messages t...

Re: JACK/LV2 CV

I made a couple of wee-ish test videos of a modular synth drone, Carla + LV2 Modular Synth - "Drone Winds On" and Carla + LV2 Modular Synth - "Drone Winds On2" . They're mostly the same, second is longer with more GUIs and controls visible more of the time. Plugins included ZLFO, various AMS, variou...

Matchering 2.0

Matchering 2.0 is a novel Containerized Web Application and Python Library for audio matching and mastering. It follows a simple idea - you take TWO audio files and feed them into Matchering: TARGET (the track you want to master, you want it to sound like the reference), and REFERENCE (another trac...

Re: Automated Arch/pacman binary packages of AUR entries

So I'm giving up on aurci, which just isn't building packages, and joining forces with RedTide and their aurbuild project. Currently aurbuild rebuilds all packages every day, so the number of packages is limited, but at least the basic principal works :) [audio] SigLevel = Optional TrustAll Server =...

Plugin request: adapt Blop.lv2 quantiser to load tuning files?

Here is a demo of filtering the output of an LFO with a tuned quantiser to achieve a melodic arpeggiation. (Wow!)

Might anyone with the programming skills be interested in making the Blop.lv2 quantisers load Scala scale tuning files?

Re: Automated Arch/pacman binary packages of AUR entries

Thanks, soon. I'm in the process of moving over from aurci to RedTides aurbuild script. The former isn't building app updates. The latter however is currently rebuilding everything on every run which blocks the possibility to make all packages.

Re: dkbuilder: from circuit to LV2 plugin

I'm wondering about the possibility of using dkbuilder to create LV2 plugins of modular synth modules. I guess this should be possible, though I also guess there isn't yet support for marking an input or output as CV?
