Re: [ANN] LSP Plugins 1.0.10 have been released!
Thanks for the details, sadko4u. I, too, was thinking that it might not necessarily need a package on its own. I’m not going to provide a script for it for once, but if you think it is called for, please let me know. I’ll be happy to help. I think people interested in debugging/profiling will downl...

Re: [ANN] LSP Plugins 1.0.10 have been released!
Hi! Please excuse my ignorance, but, while updating the AUR scripts for the plugins and considering adding a new one for the profiling application, it occurred to me that I had absolutely no idea of what profiling plugins was about. I’ve never encountered it before and I would very much like to und...

Re: qmidiarp Lfo lv2. Does it work? Please do tell.
Do you know how to use ffmpeg/avconv and have it record separate audio streams. I'd like to record the audio from qtractor and my voice separately so I can de-noise my mic sound. The option: -f jack -i capture-monitor -async 1 Creates new client in jack called 'capture-monitor'. You may then connec...

Re: qmidiarp Lfo lv2. Does it work? Please do tell.
I use FFMPEG for screencasting. Here's the script: #!/bin/bash file=$1 if [ -z $file ] ; then echo "Please specify output file" else ffmpeg -y \ -threads 4 \ -thread_queue_size 512 \ -f jack -i capture-monitor -async 1 \ -f x11grab -r 25 -s 1920x1080 -i :0.0+0,0 \ -map 0:0 -acodec pcm_f32l...

Re: How2 Ardour and recording with panning?
Ok sadko4u. Also not the possibility to record split with the Mixer panning to 2 mono tracks? (i will experiment with that) I don't understand what you mean. You may just create two mono tracks, connect separate inputs from Mixer to these tracks and record each channel as mono track. You actually d...

Re: How2 Ardour and recording with panning?
There is no split/combine of stereo/mono tracks into mono/stereo tracks like in ProTools. You can do so: add two mono busses, connect them to the outputs of your track and re-record mono signals to them from the source stereo track.

Re: noise on guitarix plugins output
I caught wired bug with Autotalent some time ago. One instance of plugin worked fine. But two instances of plugin on different busses didn't. They aggressively chew the sound instead of correcting the pitch. Probably something relative to global variables that could be used by plugin. Also such thin...

Re: Using Hydrogen to play DrumGizmo's DRS Kit
You may try also LSP Schlagzeug plugin series. There you can build your own configuration of drums and save as the regular preset in the plain text file.
Then just put the plugin to the ardour's bus with MIDI input and enjoy.

Re: Give Some Constructive Feedback and I'll Return the Favour
Hi! I could listen only Love Like You . Other songs currently my browser failed to play from soundcloud. Nothing to say about music, it's good and relaxing. But there are some few moments about mixing that I would prefer to do in other way. 1. Guitar is placed into the middle plan position. I would ...

Re: noise on guitarix plugins output
Not sure where you are getting +6db from but the noise and signal is well below 0db, the noise coming from the plugiin is actually at -56.9db but it is still audible. You didn't fully mention your configuration. Case 0 Is your bus with the humming plugin connected to the physical input? The problem...
