Re: [ANN] LSP Plugins 1.0.6 have been released

tatch It's a known problem of Carla. falkTX is currently fighting with it (some of the problems solved in latest Git commits). You may use the linuxVST version of the plugin instead of LV2, it works well (on relatively old Carla) because does not use LV2 atom transport and LV2 URID extension that a...

[ANN] LSP Plugins 1.0.6 have been released

Version 1.0.6 has been released! Reorganized source tree. Splitted plugin metadata into separate files and moved from core to the new directory. Fixed errors in formulas of noise envelopes for Spektrumanalysator. Fixed some bugs in DSP SSE module functions caused to possible crash plugins on some co...

Re: 192khz interface.. is it worth?

But since 192k is not a requirement I will evaluate also Komplete Audio 6 and Focusrite 2i2 that many are recommending in this forum I own Focusrite Saffire PRO 40, works well with my Linux PC and Linux notebook. I higly recommend to buy firewire interface, it makes more possibilities to reach low-...

Re: New server for downloading Hydrogen kits

You may add this drumkit to the list. I've recorded this drumkit about 2 years ago. Maybe it can be useful.

Re: Beyond 16 channels

Focusrite Liquid Saffire PRO 56 (8x preamps) + your Focusrite 18i20 (8x preamps) + OctoPre MK II (8 preamps).
I think 24 channels is enough for many setups.

Re: JACKD not starting after new system installation

Finally, I've found the solution: Kernel 4.2 contains an ALSA kernel driver for audio devices which are based on the DICE chip -- like the Presonus Firestudio mobile. The kernel module is called snd-dice. This kernel module and FFADO's jackd backend cannot be used at the same time. You have the foll...

JACKD not starting after new system installation

Hi, guys! I've met some problems while running jackd on openSUSE Leap 42.1. Firstly I've build and installed RT kernel. Then I've met that due to some unknown reasons openSUSE provides old FFADO and JACK packages (in older distributions these were newer). So I've uninstalled them and built from scra...

Re: Hardware device for experimenters

Audio : 16-bit stereo audio I/O at 44.1kHz 16-bit audio isn't serious now for DSP, you should better upgrade to 24-bit ADDA converter. Analogue In : 8x 16-bit analogue inputs at 22.05kHz Analogue Out : 8x 16-bit analogue outputs at 22.05kHz Digital channels : 16x digital GPIO at 44.1kHz or 88.2kHz ...

Re: [ANN] LSP Plugins 1.0.4 have been released

PKGBUILDS can install binary applications, as well – in which case they merely contain scripts to retrieve them from their SourceForge location and package them according to Archlinux standards so they can be installed using the package manager. I thought it would help increase exposure of your plu...

Re: [ANN] LSP Plugins 1.0.4 have been released

Plugins currently are distributed in the binary form and available for free download on the SourceForge.net.
After some donations they will become open source. More information available here:
