Okay man the problem itself is that this is a 32bit program and you are trying to use it with wineasio 64bit.
Just install wineasio for 32bit and enter the command "regsvr32 wineasio.dll" and then it should work. I even tested it just to be sure before writing this.

Just a question: when you tried with unetbootin, which option did you select in the boot menu? Don't know how many were there but basically the Default one is not working, you have to select KXStudio. I know this issue and it's not falkTX's fault, it's ubuntu itself that is having a problem. Suggest...

You have to configure JACK.
Find Cadence in the menu and in it you will find JACK Status, under it there is Configure. In the next window in the Driver section you will find Device/Interface, select the one that works and then Force Restart JACK.
