What's the best way to use effects on Hydrogen Drum Machine?
It only uses LADSPA plugins and i would like to use LV2.
Also, using the program mixer, many LADSPA plugins don't seem to work (ex. C* Eq10).

Yes, he shows how to use the plugin in Ardour. I am trying to use it in CARLA.
When i plug the kick signal to SIDECHAIN1 it doesn't work, i also activated the sidechain button.

EDIT: I think there was a problem with the bass synth. Now it works. Connection like this: http://i.imgur.com/UCQ2W2D.png

So i connect both the bassline and kick drum to the IN L and IN R, and also the kick drum to the "Signal" in?
