Sorry to hear that. The temporary solution is to change /usr/include/pango-1.0/pango/pango-coverage.h and /usr/include/pango-1.0/pango/pango-font.h Where it includes hb.h, it should include harfbuzz/hb.h instead. Another less intrusive solution might be to simply make a new file link /usr/include/hb...

For now, you can disable LV2 GTK2 support by recompiling MusE
without the ENABLE_LV2_GTK2 cmake flag.

It means a few plugins might not show a UI at all, but others may be able
offer a different UI that will be automatically selected or you can choose (see Settings > LV2 gui behaviour).

Your output log shows the error is several layers deep into gtk/pango. Are you sure you have harfbuzz-devel package? Does the file /usr/include/harfbuzz/hb.h exist? No? How about /usr/include/hb.h then? If the answer is the former, then this looks suspicious: /usr/include/pango-1.0/pango/pango-cover...

Hm, strange. I tried the latest plugin git version and got the same problem. Same errors in MusE. And exact same errors as MusE are shown in QTractor. QTractor lists the plugin but it is greyed out and cannot be instantiated, and its information is blank (zero ports etc.) It seems the ball is not in...

Sampler plugins would naturally make use of the worker extensions, to do heavy lifting of loading samples in the background. Hi Rui! Yes I am using 0.9.8 on my side. I am heavily debugging the situation... Results so far... Getting some very strange results in MusE... I noticed that with MusE, in drumkv1's sample list, when I click or key up/down, MusE receives the Qt event and sends it back to the plugin via QApplication...

Tested: Observed.
Actually, it's intermittent. I got it to load a few times by trying again and again. But it's very touchy, it only worked a few times.

Sigh. Yet another plugin with UI problems in MusE...
